Direct Billing


Direct billing is available for most plans under the following insurance providers 1,2,3:

Direct billing is a simple process that takes 5-10 minutes to set up.

Please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment. If your plan requires a doctor's prescription for massage therapy coverage (most do), you will need to bring that with you as well (even if you have already submitted it to your insurance company).

That's it! Once you are set up, you only pay what your insurance does not cover.

1 While most plans with the listed insurance companies allow for direct billing, some do not. Please review your policy or contact your insurance company for the details of your plan.
2 Although we do our best to submit claims directly, your insurance company can insist on manual processing for ANY claim. This includes claims made under plans that allow direct billing and plans that have made claims through direct billing previously. Please be prepared to make payment in full should manual processing be required. You will receive a receipt upon payment to submit to your insurer.
3 Coordination of benefits is currently not available.
4 Direct billing to Industrial Alliance is not available after 6:00pm on Saturdays or Sundays.
5 Direct billing to Great-West Life is not available on Sundays.
